Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZDHHC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZDHHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PVALB, AQP8, and GALNT8. Each is linked with ZDHHC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZDHHC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZDHHC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC1 versus PVALB in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZDHHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZDHHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
