ZCWPW1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCWPW1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCWPW1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, TBC1D5, and NRBF2. Each is linked with ZCWPW1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCWPW1-to-partner and partner-to-ZCWPW1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCWPW1 versus DNAJC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCWPW1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCWPW1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
