Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCRB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPDL1, ZNF133, and ERCC6L. Each is linked with ZCRB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZCRB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCRB1 versus SPDL1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
