ZCRB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCRB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,130 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCRB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM45, RBM10, and RNPS1. Each is linked with ZCRB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZCRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCRB1 versus RBM45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
