ZCRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01495, DOLPP1, and MUCL3. Each is linked with ZCRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZCRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01495 grouped by ZCRB1-low versus ZCRB1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
