Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCRB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,123 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCRB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleotide-excision repair, Regulation of cardiolipin metabolic process, and Telomere maintenance via telomerase. Each is linked with ZCRB1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ZCRB1 results are reported.
