ZCCHC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,747 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRHPR, PSIP1, and APTX. Each is linked with ZCCHC7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC7-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC7 versus GRHPR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
