Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,125 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA catabolic process, CUT catabolic process, and sno(s)RNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ZCCHC7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC7-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC7 results are reported.
