ZCCHC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,549 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NELFA, WDR1, and NELFB. Each is linked with ZCCHC4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC4-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC4 versus NELFA in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
