Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,080 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F44P, WRN, and ESCO2. Each is linked with ZCCHC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC4-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYP4F44P grouped by ZCCHC4-low versus ZCCHC4-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
