ZCCHC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,291 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD21, CENPB, and SSRP1. Each is linked with ZCCHC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC3 versus RAD21 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
