The most reproducible ZCCHC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK2A1, ZNF133, and MGME1. Each is linked with ZCCHC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC3 results are reported.
