The most reproducible ZCCHC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of RIG-I signaling pathway, Negative regulation of meiotic cell cycle phase transition, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with ZCCHC3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC3-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC3 results are reported.
