Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZCCHC24 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZCCHC24 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher ZCCHC24 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZCCHC24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where ZCCHC24 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
