Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZCCHC24 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZCCHC24 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ZCCHC24 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZCCHC24 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZCCHC24 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
