ZCCHC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,874 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, NARS1, and TXNL1. Each is linked with ZCCHC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC2 versus SMAD4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
