The most reproducible ZCCHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNDP2, NARS1, and STAT1. Each is linked with ZCCHC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC2 results are reported.
