Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIAS2, RPL21P88, and TRMU. Each is linked with ZCCHC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIAS2 grouped by ZCCHC2-low versus ZCCHC2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
