Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with ZCCHC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC2-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC2 results are reported.
