ZCCHC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,290 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KHDRBS1, TXNDC5, and SEC11C. Each is linked with ZCCHC17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC17-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC17 versus KHDRBS1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
