ZCCHC17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESS2, CRYBB2P1, and PPP6R2. Each is linked with ZCCHC17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC17-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ESS2 grouped by ZCCHC17-low versus ZCCHC17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
