ZCCHC17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,786 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC17-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB2, KPNA6, and PEF1. Each is linked with ZCCHC17 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC17-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC17 versus PSMB2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
