Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,030 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation, Establishment or maintenance of microtubule cytoskeleton polarity, and Negative regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with ZCCHC17 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC17-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation grouped by ZCCHC17-low versus ZCCHC17-high in LUNG_SCLC.
