Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZCCHC14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZCCHC14 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher ZCCHC14 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZCCHC14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZCCHC14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
