ZCCHC14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,998 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEF6, FMNL1_S184, and FTO. Each is linked with ZCCHC14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZCCHC14 versus DEF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
