Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZCCHC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRC1, RNA5SP422, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with ZCCHC14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC14 results are reported.
