Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,089 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZCCHC14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with ZCCHC14 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC14 results are reported.
