Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZCCHC14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZCCHC14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBLIF, C6orf118, and CSN1S1. Each is linked with ZCCHC14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZCCHC14-to-partner and partner-to-ZCCHC14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBLIF grouped by ZCCHC14-low versus ZCCHC14-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZCCHC14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZCCHC14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
