ZC3HC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3HC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,437 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3HC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, RHEB, and GTF2I. Each is linked with ZC3HC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3HC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3HC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HC1 versus TNPO3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3HC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3HC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
