Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3HC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,396 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3HC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM28, FOXM1, and NCAPD2. Each is linked with ZC3HC1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3HC1-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3HC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HC1 versus RBM28 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3HC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3HC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
