Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3HAV1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3HAV1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ZC3HAV1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3HAV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UCEC show a favorable association.

BRCA, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where ZC3HAV1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
