Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3HAV1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3HAV1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ZC3HAV1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3HAV1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PDAC show a favorable association.

LUAD, HNSC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where ZC3HAV1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
