ZC3HAV1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3HAV1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,706 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3HAV1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMPK2, ISG15, and MX1. Each is linked with ZC3HAV1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3HAV1-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3HAV1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3HAV1 versus CMPK2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3HAV1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3HAV1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
