ZC3H4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,703 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, RBBP5, and PAFAH1B3. Each is linked with ZC3H4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H4-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H4 versus SF3B3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
