Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,900 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACYP1, TEX10, and USP21. Each is linked with ZC3H4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H4-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H4 results are reported.
