ZC3H3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,219 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, HSF1, and ATAD2. Each is linked with ZC3H3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H3-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H3 versus SCRIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
