Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H15 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ZC3H15 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where ZC3H15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
