Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-117P, MEMO1P4, and RN7SL91P. Each is linked with ZC3H15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H15-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-117P grouped by ZC3H15-low versus ZC3H15-high in BRCA.
