Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H14 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher ZC3H14 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, SCLC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ZC3H14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
