Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,038 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBR7, PPP4R3A, and FKBP3. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H14 versus UBR7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
