Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAP1, MIR6882, and RNA5SP390. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBAP1 grouped by ZC3H14-low versus ZC3H14-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
