Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, p62 Lck ligand, and AMPK_pT172. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
