Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome-depend formation of circular RNA, Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination, and RNA localization. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
