Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMT3A, STX16, and TRIM17. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNMT3A grouped by ZC3H14-low versus ZC3H14-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
