Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H14 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,587 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H14-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLF2, TRPM3, and PLCB4. Each is linked with ZC3H14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H14-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLF2 grouped by ZC3H14-low versus ZC3H14-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
