Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H13 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ZC3H13 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where ZC3H13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
