ZC3H13

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ZC3H13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,891 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ZC3H13-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBA2, RFC3, and MEX3A. Each is linked with ZC3H13 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H13-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ZC3H13 versus UBA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ZC3H13→partner) and Y-score (partner→ZC3H13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
