Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H12B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H12B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, Subtelomeric heterochromatin formation, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with ZC3H12B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H12B-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H12B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair grouped by ZC3H12B-low versus ZC3H12B-high in OVARY.
