Across TCGA cell cohorts, ZC3H11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,091 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ZC3H11B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with ZC3H11B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ZC3H11B-to-partner and partner-to-ZC3H11B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
