Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ZC3H10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ZC3H10 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ZC3H10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ZC3H10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
READ, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ZC3H10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
